Report a form

If a form made with Formloop looks like phishing, fraud or abuse, email wisegrids@gmail.com with its link and the subject "Report a form". We review reports quickly and act under our acceptable use rules.

Formloop forms never need your passwords or payment card details. Don't enter them into a form.

Getting started

  1. Connect Formloop in ChatGPT. Find Formloop in ChatGPT's app directory and connect it.
  2. Sign in. The same account works in ChatGPT and in the web dashboard.
  3. Ask for a form. Mention Formloop and describe what you need, for example "Make an event registration form for 120 people".

Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in email

Check your spam and promotions folders, then ask for a new email from the sign-in page. Make sure you typed your address correctly. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.

Where can I see my forms outside ChatGPT?

Open the dashboard and sign in with the same email address. You'll see every form, its versions and its responses.

How do I share a form?

Ask ChatGPT to publish it, or click Publish in the dashboard. You'll get a link, a QR code and an embed code for your website.

I edited a live form, but respondents still see the old version

Changes to a live form go into a draft until you publish again, so you can experiment without affecting people who are filling it in. Ask ChatGPT to publish the changes, or publish from the dashboard.

How do I undo a change?

Say "undo that" in ChatGPT, or open the form's version history in the dashboard and restore an earlier version.

How do I stop accepting responses?

Ask ChatGPT to close the form, or close it from the dashboard. Responses you've collected are kept. Publish again to reopen it. You can also set a response limit or a closing date.

How do I export responses?

Open the form in the dashboard, go to Responses and download a CSV file.

How do I delete a form?

Archive it from ChatGPT or the dashboard. Formloop asks you to confirm first.

How do I disconnect ChatGPT?

In ChatGPT, open Settings, go to the apps section, choose Formloop and disconnect. Your forms stay in your account.

How do I delete my account?

Email wisegrids@gmail.com from your account's email address. We delete the account, its forms and their responses within 30 days. Download any responses you want to keep first.

Security

To report a security issue, email wisegrids@gmail.com with "Security" in the subject. Please don't test against other people's accounts or forms.
