Questions about plans

Can I use Formloop in ChatGPT for free?

Yes. The Free plan works in ChatGPT and in the web dashboard, with no time limit and no card needed.

What happens after 500 responses in a month?

Your forms pause new responses until the first day of the next month (UTC), and respondents see a short "not accepting responses right now" message. Nothing is deleted, and you can still see, analyse and export every response. Pro has no monthly limit.

How do I upgrade?

Select Get Pro on this page, or Upgrade to Pro in the dashboard's account menu, and sign in if you're asked. You pay on a secure checkout page, and Pro switches on as soon as the payment goes through.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so the charge on your statement comes from them. You can pay by card and, in many countries, local payment methods. We never see your full card details.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Open the dashboard, select your avatar, then Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.

What happens to my files and branding if I cancel?

Files you've already collected stay in your account and can still be downloaded. Your forms stop accepting new files, and you can't add new logos or cover images. Responses beyond the Free limit are kept too.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email support@wisegrids.net and we'll sort it out.
